Cancellation Policiy
We request 24 hour notice on all cancellations. For cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we may charge up to the full amount for the service.
Lateness Policy
If started on time, a one hour massage lasts approximately 60 minutes. If a client arrives late, he/she may not be able to receive treatment for the full hour. In that case, he/she will receive a massage for the remaining amount of scheduled time and be charged for the full session.
These policies are implemented to efficiently manage our business and provide optimal and timely service to all our clients.
