Reiki Classes

The use of Reiki is steadily increasing in wellness centers, clinics, and some hospitals. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that channels/directs energy from a practitioner's hands to the recipient. The traditional Reiki taught in Reiki 1 and 2 is based on the Usui Method for Natural Healing. Reiki is not meant to diagnose, cure, or replace traditional medicine. It is a gentle"hands-on" tool that can complement conventional medicine.

Benefits of Reiki may include:

Deep Relaxation

Stress Reduction

A Sense of Calm and Well-Being

Enhanced Sleep

Reduction or Elimination of Pain

Acceleration of the Natural Healing Process

There are many reasons why people choose to learn Reiki. Some people learn it to use only on themselves, their friends and their family. Others use their traiing to become professional Reiki Practitioners and treat clients.
